We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS TMS Architect with strong domain knowledge in supply chain and warehouse management systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder WMS and TMS modules, including configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
This role involves leading functional and technical design, driving best practices, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS and TMS applications to meet business requirements. Lead business process analysis, design, validation, and deployment phases of projects. Prepare functional specifications and review technical designs for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens. Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and validate data conversion processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop end‑to‑end solutions and technical design documents. Provide knowledge transfer and user training during pre‑implementation, go‑live, and post‑go‑live phases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by operations in Blue Yonder WMS/TMS Discrete. Drive best practices for coding standards and solution design. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to governance standards. Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and senior leadership. Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth project execution. Required Qualifications
Mandatory skills: Blue Yonder WMS, Blue Yonder TMS, and Blue Yonder Technical expertise. Strong supply chain and warehouse management domain knowledge. In‑depth understanding of Blue Yonder WMS/TMS functionality and ability to design creative solutions. Experience with multiple versions of Blue Yonder WMS/TMS (2007, 8.2, 2017, and higher). Hands‑on experience with MOCA, SQL, and Blue Yonder database tables and relationships. Functional knowledge of modules such as Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management. Expertise in shipping, receiving, inventory adjustments, replenishment, archiving, MOCA commands, integrations, and workflow configurations. Knowledge of BY WMS/TMS Integrator and ability to customize inbound/outbound transactions. Strong understanding of WMS/TMS process flows and best practices for picking, packing, replenishment, order waving, receiving, put‑away, and RF technology. Experience in production support and support projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
