## Job Description# Network Security EngineerThis role is more technical and focuses on **network engineering**, **security baseline compliance**, and **configuration validation** across network devices.- Compare **policy requirements** vs. **actual device configurations*** Several years as a **network engineer or security engineer*** Broad understanding of **network infrastructure**:* routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, load balancers* Ability to read and understand **device configurations*** Experience with **security policies**, baselines, and compliance* Several years of **project management** experience* Strong **data analytics** skills (Excel expertise)* Bonus: experience with **automation**, **reporting**, or **Power BI dashboards****Apex Benefits Overview:** Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
