Report to the VP Global Insights Director and partner with the Insights Leadership Team, Brands Leadership Team, Marketing Capabilities, and ICX Center of Excellence to lead critical Global Strategic Initiatives across the brand portfolio. Oversee systems, platforms, and tools that enable the Global Insights Agenda, and project‑manage complex initiatives to address the business’s most pressing insights needs. Lead the Insights function for the Brown‑Forman portfolio of brands, shaping business‑critical strategies and executing strategic projects that advance the Global Insights Agenda and Marketing Imperatives, including Global Portfolio Segmentation, Meaning Difference and Salience Framework, Stage of Brand Development Model, Metrics That Matter, and Insights Capabilities training. Translate research data and best practices into actionable insights that drive brand strategy and growth, recommend and support deployment of strategies and tactics based on consumer learning, and actively lead a communication strategy that ensures relevant information reaches decision‑makers in a timely fashion. Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree with at least 12 years experience working client and/or agency side in an Insights organization. Deep expertise in Brand Strategy, Marketing Science, and Market Research of all types (quant, qual, syndicated, foresight, etc.). Strong technical and statistical skills and expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Experience working with key external agencies and suppliers (Insights, Creative, Media, etc.). Experience developing, leading, and managing a team, and proven ability to give clear feedback and development coaching. Experience working in a portfolio and highly‑matrixed organization and strong understanding of marketing principles and brand growth strategy.
