Description Technical Product Manager who will partner with the internal Marketing and Sales business stakeholders, operations teams and end users like sellers, business development representatives to understand their processes/pain points and collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. The product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and co‑lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will focus on the Sales experience in Microsoft Dynamics. Hands‑on technical knowledge around Dynamics and third‑party seller applications (Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chorus, LinkedIn) is required.

What you’ll do:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales and build the future state on a target solution – CRM Dynamics.

Lead and facilitate process improvement sessions with internal customers.

Drive and influence the product vision and collaborate with architecture, design, and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap.

Communicate and align internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap.

Align with other Product Managers on interdependent solutions and initiatives.

Plan, document, and deliver run‑the‑business requirements and large technology initiatives.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and define acceptance tests for features with the Quality Engineer.

Manage and prioritize product backlog, collect defects and enhancement requests, and support release planning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience launching global large‑scale technology solutions with change management.

Strong technical understanding and experience in Microsoft Dynamics.

Solid knowledge in the Marketing and Sales space in Dynamics.

Experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.

Self‑starter thrive in challenges; proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong people skills and ability to motivate and influence without authority.

Excellent conflict‑resolution management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field.

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay And Benefits Pay range: $70.00 – $80.00/hr.
