Description Technical Product Manager who will partner with the internal Marketing and Sales business stakeholders, operations teams and end users such as sellers and business development representatives to understand their processes, pain points and collect and prioritize key business requirements. The product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and co‑lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales and build the future state on a target solution – CRM Dynamics, providing customer value by improving the experience on Dynamics and sellers’ productivity.

Lead and facilitate process improvement sessions with internal customers.

Drive and influence the product vision, collaborating with architecture, design, and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap.

Communicate/align with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap.

Coordinate with other Product Managers on delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives.

Plan, document and deliver run‑the‑business requirements and large technology initiatives.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and work with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features.

Manage and prioritize product backlog, collect defects and enhancement requests.

Support release planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience launching global large‑scale technology solutions with supporting change management.

Strong technical understanding and experience in MSFT Dynamics, and solid knowledge in the Marketing and Sales space in Dynamics.

Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.

Self‑starter who thrives in the face of challenges.

Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience communicating and advocating programs to customers and/or internal team members.

Strong people skills, with ability to motivate and influence people without authority or direct reporting.

Excellent conflict‑resolution management skills; ability to facilitate teams to successful resolution of issues.

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field.

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay And Benefits Pay range: $70.00 – $80.00/hr.
