The Opportunity:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will ensure seamless cross‑functional alignment among various teams, facilitating Agile/Scrum practices to enhance our software delivery capabilities. This role involves establishing robust processes and utilizing appropriate tools to accelerate solution delivery, accommodating our rapidly expanding product portfolio, and growing global technology teams.
Responsibilities
Break complex projects into clear, manageable tasks with achievable timelines.
Manage and prioritize user‑reported issues, establishing efficient resolution processes, and ensuring proper escalation and communication.
Partner with product management, engineering, QA, and operations teams to align project goals, clarify dependencies, and drive successful product launches.
Proactively identify project risks and gaps and swiftly implement mitigation strategies.
Foster an effective and communicative project environment by facilitating team meetings, maintaining task priorities, documenting decisions, and ensuring consistent team alignment.
Provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Use project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com to measure and report project performance.
Build and nurture strong relationships with current and future strategic partners.
Qualifications
Proven track record of managing software development projects within cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
Experience with Agile Methodologies and Scrum Practices.
Strong technical background with the ability to navigate complex engineering environments.
Proficiency with project management tools, particularly Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence), Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience in healthcare technology and consumer‑facing software delivery is strongly preferred.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in technology, business, or related fields.
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in technical project management, particularly in software development.
Passion for staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Domain Knowledge
Familiarity with healthcare SaaS products such as PMS or EHR is a plus.
Experience with HIPAA compliance is beneficial.
