Job Description
Develop a strategy and execute tactical actions to drive revenue growth and product life‑cycle management for the Antibody Solutions franchise, infusing product and market expertise into collaborations with marketing, commercial, digital, manufacturing, and R&D.
Report to the Senior Director, Antibody Solutions and be part of the Product Management team located in either Cambridge, UK or Waltham, MA; this is an on‑site role.
Drive product‑franchise level strategy across short‑, mid‑ and long‑term horizons in line with overall portfolio strategy, translating it into tactical actions for direct execution and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue growth.
Develop expertise in the product portfolio and its market, customer and competitive landscapes and clearly articulate it to inform strategy, new product development, go‑to‑market, manufacturing/supply chain, quality and other key activities.
Support go‑to‑market activities across all channels and activities, including digital (e.g., SEO, image data), field (e.g., training), custom product assessment/pricing, and promotion development.
Manage product life cycle, including data collection, management, pricing strategy execution, KPI selection and monitoring, performance management and portfolio curation through robust analysis that drives insights and can be communicated to senior leadership.
Essential Requirements
BA, BSc or equivalent experience in a life science or related field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, genetics) with 1+ years of post‑educational experience in product/portfolio management, technical support, R&D or a related area, resulting in working knowledge of both relevant scientific techniques and business processes.
Well‑developed business acumen, including knowledge of the life science market and an understanding of customer types, with the ability to effectively drive business priorities across multiple channels and organizational levels.
Analytical mindset that enables data‑driven decision making, with experience applying it to pricing, product data, performance monitoring and synthesizing complex approaches and results into meaningful insights and actions that can be communicated.
Track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration through written and verbal communication at multiple organizational levels and externally, including project management and process improvement skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Using advanced analysis/visualization tools, e.g., Tableau.
Holding a relevant advanced degree, e.g., Ph.D. in life science, MD, MBA.
Working with a global team and supporting customers across varying global market environments.
