Technical Product Owner with Sabre GDS/Sabre Products

Responsibilities
Requirements gathering with business leaders and users for travel application enhancements, upgrades, new releases, and rollout of travel automation systems.
Functional application design: translate business and Sabre technical requirements into developer-level user stories using Agile methodology; document in Jira and manage sprints.
Testing and validation: define testing criteria, prepare test cases, analyze results, validate systems, and complete user documentation; perform end-to-end testing prior to release.
Collaborate with Air travel operation teams and developers to develop new features based on strategic vision and business roadmaps; serve as conduit between developers and business groups.
First-tier support: respond to support tickets, coordinate with Sabre support and account teams, manage 400+ Sabre users, Sabre Red 360 installations, Sabre profile administration, API tracking, and compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
15+ years of Sabre GDS experience.
Proven experience as Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst.
Skills & Knowledge
Deep knowledge of Sabre products: PNR, Air Shopping, Air Pricing, NDC, BFM, Ticketing, Schedule Changes, CSL, SR360, and Sabre Web Service APIs.
Extensive experience in travel industry (leisure, corporate, online).
Expert hands‑on understanding of the entire travel reservation process.
Functional and technical documentation skills for end-to-end product delivery.
