Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Life Sciences domain expertise, proven strategic leadership, solid delivery management, and hands‑on cloud program experience to lead enterprise‑scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive strategic program roadmaps aligned with business and technology goals.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex cloud and platform modernization programs.
Manage cross‑functional teams including engineering, cloud, data, security, product, and compliance.
Oversee planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and governance.
Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, HIPAA where applicable).
Required Skills
Strong experience managing cloud transformation or cloud‑native programs.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven delivery management and strategic planning experience.
Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
Expert knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Scrum and SDLC.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and program management tools.
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
