" Employer Industry: Retail Technology Solutions " " Why consider this job opportunity " " " " Pay rate up to $74.45 per hour " " Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a Fortune 500 company " " Flexibility to work remotely " " Comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance plans " " Engage in innovative projects that enhance workforce management and associate productivity " " Collaborative work environment within a diverse and inclusive culture " " " " What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) " " " " Develop and maintain Workforce Management applications and integrations using UKG Pro WFM and related technologies " " Design, configure, and deploy scalable solutions aligned with user‑centered design principles " " Write efficient, reusable, and high‑quality code to support critical WFM capabilities " " Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions within Agile sprints " " Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across production and test environments " " " " What is Required (Qualifications) " " " " 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer " " Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro WFM and Boomi integrations " " Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and UKG Pro " " 3+ years developing and testing applications using UKG Pro or similar WFM tools " " Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills " " " " How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) " " " " Expertise in Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Schedule Optimization, or ATK applications " " Experience with Middleware technologies such as Boomi, Apigee, or MOVEit Automation " " Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server database environments " " Proficiency with Git/GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA, and Confluence " " Knowledge of Oracle HRIS, Workday, or other HR/payroll system integrations " " " " EEO Statement " " We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
