What You Can Expect In This Role
Drive the advancement of Agile and Product delivery maturity across the enterprise. Oversee toolkit training, guide divisional progress, and lead key Agile role-based Communities of Practice (COP) to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable value. Manage oversight committee operations, ensuring proposed changes are reviewed effectively and executed as approved. Act as a central contact for Agile and Product standards, driving adoption of best practices and continuous improvement across teams and divisions.
What You'll Do In This Role
Monitor Agile toolkit training across all divisions to ensure actionable plans are maintained and executed consistently.
Assess divisional maturity progress to confirm alignment with enterprise objectives and continuous improvement priorities.
Provide leadership for Agile role-based COPs including Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to promote consistency and shared standards.
Strengthen engagement and performance across Agile COPs by driving initiatives that enhance collaboration, consistency, and outcomes.
Evaluate the need for additional Agile role-based COPs based on organizational maturity, emerging capabilities, and strategic direction.
Serve as the central point of contact for Agile and Product standards, addressing guidance requests, clarifying expectations, and supporting best‑practice adoption.
Serve as an enterprise spokesperson for Agile value delivery, clearly communicating the impact of Agile practices across SFG. Provide tangible examples, data‑driven insights, and measures of success that demonstrate how Agile ways of working improve business outcomes and strategic value.
Facilitate Oversight Committee by preparing agendas, coordinating discussions, and ensuring effective evaluation and decision‑making.
Manage the review and approval process for proposed changes, validating readiness and alignment prior to committee consideration.
Document, communicate, and track committee decisions, ensuring stakeholders understand outcomes, rationale, and required actions.
Drive execution of approved changes by monitoring progress, confirming adherence to expectations, and resolving barriers to implementation.
Ensure cross‑functional coordination with business, technology, and governance partners to support consistent execution of decisions across divisions.
Report on progress and outcomes of approved changes, providing clear visibility to leadership and recommending adjustments as needed.
Advance governance processes by reviewing Oversight Committee workflows and recommending enhancements to improve effectiveness.
Drive and reinforce commitment to internal controls processes such as those under Model Audit Rule and Record Information Management.
Lead by example, coaching, mentoring and infusing the technology team with the right leadership thinking and motivation to help them develop and grow to ensure overall organizational success.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience Preferred.
Minimum 8 years' applicable experience leading and/or directing IT planning, application development and/or infrastructure organization Preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile delivery, product development, governance, or process management Required.
Demonstrated experience driving execution, resolving impediments, and monitoring progress toward organizational goals Required.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or Agile maturity initiatives Preferred.
Experience managing or facilitating oversight, governance, or steering committees Preferred.
Demonstrated consistent leadership effectiveness in technology and business‑related strategic planning, operations, implementation delivery and overall IT capability (people, process, technology) development.
Working knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations and end‑to‑end integration models; Must be aware of industry recognized best practices.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Product Management practices, and organizational change dynamics.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional groups and facilitate discussions across varying levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in complex environments.
Familiarity with Communities of Practice or organizational capability development.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), ICP‑ACC, or equivalent Preferred.

Salary Range Information USD $112,713.00 - USD $234,819.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
