THE WORK
Lockheed Martin seeks an experienced contracts professional to lead the development, implementation, and execution of contracts management strategies for the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) sub market. The role oversees a portfolio that includes U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts and Commercial Agreements. Success hinges on expert contract negotiation skills, rigorous compliance, and the ability to partner with cross functional teams to protect program interests and drive business growth.
This position will require the ability to collaborate and provide contractual guidance and support to cross functional team members (including Business Development, Legal, Program Management, and Finance) as needed. Additionally, the ability to analyze and mitigate contract risks as well as develop contingency plans to minimize potential losses is a key element of this position.
