We’re currently seeking a
Civil Project Engineer
to join our dynamic team. As a member of the civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects—such as Edwards Lifesciences and the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas.
What You’ll Do
Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions.
Contribute to overall project strategy, schedules, and coordination to support project success.
Prepare and oversee documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Support construction administration efforts, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Actively participate in professional organizations and contribute to the advancement of the profession.

Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
8+ years of experience across all phases of civil engineering projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
Strong technical knowledge of industry‑standard engineering software.
Enthusiasm for a multidisciplinary design process and collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead civil design efforts with guidance from Project Managers and Directors.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or project complexity. LPA values pay equity and considers internal equity when making offers.
