The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. The role requires maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Maintain compliance with government agencies. Act as the point of contact for Accountants and Clients. Maintain internal books and finances; analyze financial transactions. Direct supervision of all accounting and administrative personnel. Prepare timely financial reports that reflect company activity and associated entities (Real Estate LLCs, JVs, Deal accounting). Provide weekly dashboard of key indicators to key managers; produce daily cash report for the President. Ensure IT systems are functioning properly and discuss improvements regularly. Ensure all accounting functions (payroll, A/P, A/R) are performed on time. File sales and ad‑valorem tax returns accurately and timely. Implement security systems for all assets, especially cash. Collaborate with outside accountants and the President to make necessary decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of related experience. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills. Job Type
