Job Opportunity in Franklin Lakes, NJ Join our innovative team in Franklin Lakes, NJ, where you will play a critical role in advancing biomedical solutions as part of the Client Specimen Management business. As a key contributor on the R&D Team, you will support the Specimen Acquisition Platform under the Enterprise Cost-To-Win (eCTW) program. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include: Guiding the design and development of advanced biomedical solutions to meet key business objectives for existing and new medical device products. Leading major programs and occasionally functioning in a project leadership role. Serving as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects, interacting with senior external personnel on technical matters. Independently determining and developing approaches to solutions. Designing and developing in vivo and in vitro models to evaluate product features and improvements. Driving creative, logic, and risk-based approaches to resolve technical challenges and tradeoffs under business constraints. Developing robust test methods, designing test fixtures, and executing measurement system analysis. Performing data analysis using statistical tools, generating reports, and presenting recommendations to peers and business leaders. Supporting and leading material, design, and process changes to existing products by following design control processes. Contributing to the development of new product development capabilities and methodologies. Ensuring compliance with quality policies, procedures, and practices through communication, training, and education of quality assurance principles. Qualifications include: Strength in scientific and engineering fundamentals, critical thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills. Strong technical judgment and leadership skills. Experience in leading R&D product development projects and guiding teams to develop technical solutions to complex problems. Proficiency in solid CAD modeling and design for manufacturability. Experience with phase-gate product development and project planning. Strong project management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with statistical methods and data analysis software. Understanding of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA). Knowledge of Six Sigma practices and methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
