From Spartanburg, SC you will shape how product moves with speed, accuracy and care so stores and ecommerce can deliver a seamless experience. You will guide teams across shifts, elevate standards and connect operations to the retail floor where stories are told and communities are built.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead inbound and outbound operations to deliver on time and accurate orders consumers can count on.
Connect distribution center performance to store and ecommerce experiences across North America.
Master safety, quality, cost and productivity standards across all shifts.
Coordinate staffing and building flow to meet demand with smart, data‑informed decisions.
Equip teams to learn adidas product and how operations enhance visual merchandising and storytelling.
HOW YOU WILL LEAD
Build inclusive high‑performing teams that collaborate and support one another.
Coach managers and supervisors with clear goals, feedback and growth opportunities.
Foster continuous improvement using lean methods, standard work and shop‑floor management.
Partner across HR, IT, engineering, finance and logistics to remove barriers.
