Manage the development of software systems and processes to support order-to-cash operations Collaborate with lab and business stakeholders to define requirements and optimize workflows Translate product requirements into actionable Epics and Stories with user acceptance criteria Track development progress and ensure requirements fulfillment using issue tracking systems Create a technical strategy and roadmap to scale software systems for current and future products What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development environment, preferably in clinical laboratories Strong expertise in identifying and prioritizing software features Proven ability to lead complex trade-off decisions and improve organizational success Experience in software development for regulated markets (e.g., FDA or CE-mark) is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
