Design and develop software while improving existing code for efficiency and bug detection Write unit tests and validate software against acceptance criteria Lead code reviews and document code to ensure maintainability and support Conduct impact analysis to identify the effects of changes across multiple applications Mentor and guide less experienced software engineers in coding standards and practices What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Golang and Java with solid object-oriented programming skills Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall Proven track record of leading feature development from requirements to production rollout How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
