Territory Business Manager (Discovery Lead)
Inizio Engage has a long‑standing partnership with a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to bringing innovative products and effective results to physicians and patients. We are seeking a performance‑driven, ambitious Territory Business Manager (Discovery Lead) to educate physicians, drive disease state awareness, uncover new patients, initiate therapy, collaborate with field colleagues, and deliver brand messaging to customers.

What will you be doing
Serve as a territory business owner, educate high‑opportunity prospect HCPs on disease state, risk assessment, and medication to support patient identification.
Coordinate with the sales team to share information and develop strategies.
Demonstrate passion and compassion for the treatment of patients, helping them overcome challenges with existing therapies.
Show deep marketplace, therapeutic, product, and disease expertise based on rigorous scientific principles and data.
Apply knowledge of the health‑care industry, trends, regulations, market conditions, and market‑access environment to develop business plans and execute daily interactions with HCPs in compliance.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, office staff, and others across the patient‑care continuum.
Ask strategic, insightful questions to understand customer needs, position promoted brands, and collaborate on customized strategies.
What do you need for this position
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of successful pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
1+ year of experience in Neurology or rare disease highly preferred
Commercially driven sales individual with proven success
Strong clinical and medical acumen and critical thinking
Ability to develop strategic and tactical territory plans
Passion for improving patients’ lives
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Interest in demand generation and patient identification
Excellent communicator and team contributor
Capability to manage large geographies, multiple stakeholders, and adapt quickly to address customer concerns and objections
Proficiency with technology for face‑to‑face and virtual customer connection
Some overnight travel required
Valid driver’s license in good standing
