About Qualthera Qualthera Health Corporation (“Qualthera”) is building a national network of compounding pharmacies dedicated to delivering Quality Therapy for Life. Our mission is to meet unique, unmet patient needs by expanding access to customized compounded therapies — and ensuring that pharmacies remain accessible, in person, across communities throughout the country.
We are now entering a phase of rapid multi-state expansion, integrating sterile and non-sterile capabilities, strengthening provider partnerships, and preparing to scale our model nationwide. Position Overview The
Sales Director / Head of Commercial Operations
will be a core member of Qualthera's strategy. This individual will drive provider acquisition and revenue growth across multiple pharmacies while also helping strengthen compliance processes, provider communication standards, and commercial SOPs.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and excited about the opportunity to help build a national compounding platform—with meaningful long-term upside.
Key Responsibilities I. Revenue Growth & Provider Relationships
Expand prescriber relationships across key therapeutic areas.
Reactivate dormant provider relationships and drive immediate RX volume.
Develop structured provider education, outreach, and retention strategies.
Build and maintain a high-quality prescriber experience across partner pharmacies.
II. Commercial Engine Buildout
Create a repeatable provider acquisition playbook and territory model.
Develop CRM, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
Coach pharmacy-level staff as the platform scales.
Support the creation of marketing materials and compliance-friendly messaging.
III. Compliance Support Across Portfolio Companies
Strengthen provider-facing compliance across Qualthera pharmacy network.
Standardize messaging, SOPs, documentation, and sales boundaries.
Help identify compliance gaps during diligence of new acquisition targets.
Build a portfolio-wide compliance toolkit to harmonize quality and risk controls.
IV. Support for Qualthera’s Acquisition Strategy
Participate in commercial and compliance due diligence.
Assess provider potential, competitive landscape, and revenue opportunities.
Work closely with consultants and Qualthera leadership on pipeline evaluation.
Serve as the commercial bridge between Qualthera and partner pharmacies.
Qualifications Required
5+ years in compounding or specialty pharmacy sales.
Existing strong prescriber relationships.
Demonstrated track record of revenue growth.
Understanding of 503A compliance and sales boundaries.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Preferred
Experience improving compliance/operations in healthcare settings.
Experience in multi-site growth or roll-up models.
Ability to train and develop commercial staff.
Compensation Structure Qualthera is intentionally designing a package that rewards
performance, initiative, and long-term value creation . A highly successful individual in this role has the opportunity to earn
well beyond traditional salary levels , with significant upside tied to revenue growth and platform success.
Compensation Range $75,000 – $130,000
per annum depending on experience, relationships, and market conditions.
