Job Summary The Director of Sales is a senior commercial leader responsible for full ownership of Hallandale Pharmacy’s revenue strategy, sales execution, and provider growth nationwide. The role partners directly with executive leadership to define commercial priorities, forecast revenue, and build a scalable, compliant sales organization aligned with long‑term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own Hallandale Pharmacy’s overall revenue strategy, sales performance, and growth outcomes, with executive‑level accountability.

Define and execute the commercial go‑to‑market strategy, including target specialties, territories, market segments, and growth channels.

Partner with executive leadership on revenue forecasting, long‑term growth planning, pricing considerations, and market expansion initiatives.

Build, lead, and scale a national sales organization, including organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.

Establish rigorous sales processes, pipeline management standards, and performance metrics to drive predictable, sustainable revenue.

Develop and manage executive‑level relationships with physicians, clinics, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners.

Serve as a senior representative of Hallandale Pharmacy in high‑level provider engagements, partnerships, and industry events.

Ensure all sales activities align with regulatory, ethical, and compliance requirements specific to a 503A pharmacy environment.

Collaborate closely with Pharmacy Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, and IT to ensure sales growth is operationally sustainable and customer‑centric.

Act as the voice of the market internally, providing leadership with insights on competitive positioning, customer needs, and industry trends.

Oversee CRM systems, sales analytics, reporting, and data integrity to support informed decision‑making.

Skills & Abilities

Executive‑level sales leadership and commercial strategy expertise.

Proven ability to own revenue targets and deliver consistent growth outcomes.

Strong strategic thinking combined with disciplined operational execution.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

Deep understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales within regulated environments.

Data‑driven mindset with advanced experience using CRM platforms and performance analytics.

High degrees of judgment, integrity, and professionalism.

Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across executive and cross‑functional teams.

Resilient, adaptable leader comfortable operating in a growth‑oriented organization.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

12+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience, including at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles.

Demonstrated success owning revenue targets and leading sales organizations in healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries.

Experience scaling sales teams and managing complex, long‑term provider relationships at a national level.

Preferred

Experience in compounding pharmacy or specialty pharmacy environments.

National or multi‑site sales leadership experience.

Existing relationships with physicians, clinics, or healthcare networks.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for prolonged periods of time at a desk and working on a computer.

May require working shifts, including evenings or weekends, depending on the pharmacy’s operating hours and needs.
