Your Role: Capture Manager, Solutions Architect The Capture Manager, Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping and advancing high‑priority growth opportunities. This position leads capture strategy and solution development for active pursuits, partnering closely with the Director of Growth Operations and cross‑functional teams to position opportunities for success.

What You’ll Do

Lead capture strategy and day‑to‑day execution for assigned pursuits from qualification through proposal development.

Prepare and support go/no‑go decisions by compiling client intelligence, competitive insights, and risk assessments.

Build and maintain pursuit plans, timelines, and action items to ensure alignment across teams.

Translate client requirements, scope, and priorities into actionable strategies for internal stakeholders.

Coordinate contributors across engineering, project management, estimating, and growth functions.

Develop pursuit‑specific win themes, differentiators, and positioning strategies.

Prepare leadership updates and strategy materials highlighting risks, approach, and key drivers.

Support interview preparation sessions and client‑facing presentations.

Maintain accurate pursuit status, notes, and intelligence within CRM systems.

Proactively identify risks, gaps, and timing challenges and drive collaborative resolution.

Capture lessons learned from completed pursuits and apply insights to future opportunities.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field required.

Master’s degree preferred.

5–10+ years of experience in capture management, pursuit strategy, proposal development, or business development support.

Experience supporting RFP‑driven pursuits within utilities, engineering, EPC, or infrastructure environments.

Strong organizational and pursuit‑planning capabilities with attention to detail.

Ability to understand technical scopes, delivery strategies, and client expectations.

Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and executive teams.
