Managing Director & Regional Leader for the Northeast Markets at Lateral Link Lateral Link is assisting a leading AmLaw firm’s government contracts team with a new search for a mid‑level associate.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of relevant experience at a peer firm.
The group is looking for someone who will be able to dive into their robust bid protest practice. The group litigates before all tribunals and is known for success in many high‑profile, high‑stakes, and precedent‑setting cases.

This is a small but mighty group and will offer the associate the ability to do a lot of different work. Associates are given authority to take on matters on their own.
Associates can handle litigation and contracting/bid protest side.
Exposure to a lot of industries.

Requirements
4-5 years of relevant experience at a peer firm.
Experience in bid protest practice and litigation before all tribunals.
