Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client, a Chambers ranked group with a search for a Healthcare Associate or Counsel to join the firm’s D.C. office.
The position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions and regulatory matters for health care organizations.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working on regulatory and corporate transactional matters in the health care industry and an in-depth understanding of fraud and abuse, Stark, Medicare reimbursement, hospital-physician relationships, provider‑payor relationships, and HIPAA.
