ServiceNow Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting
Location: Anywhere in Country
In the digital economy, upgrading outdated processes, systems and information is vital. As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant you’ll play a leading role in providing competitive edge to clients, bridging business needs and technical solutions, and leading ServiceNow Transformation teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
Support planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources.
Ability to analyze a company’s people, process and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations.
Strong analytical, communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork skills.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar).
Typically no less than 2‑4 years relevant experience in domains such as Supply Chain, HR, Customer Service, Compliance, Facilities, Legal or IT.
Typically no less than 2‑4 years experience in Consumer, Retail, Health, or Life Sciences.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in AI solutions.
