Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) + Power Platform CoE, strong technical and client‑facing skills.

Technical Skills

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service - Must) and other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite

Power Platform Center of Excellence setup and citizen developer enablement

Design detailed solution from requirements, support construction and deployment

Service Oriented Architecture design with middleware tools (preferably Mulesoft)

Dynamics 365 Online & On‑Premise implementations and environments, prior versions

Highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture

Hands‑on experience in C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, SSRS

Integration architecture and mapping integration patterns to functional usage

MS CRM & 3rd‑party integration via middleware tools/APIs (REST, ODATA WebAPI, SSIS)

Azure services integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, PCF controls, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Data migration, analysis, mapping, harmonization using OOB and third‑party tools, Azure Data Factory experience preferred

Reporting architecture with SSRS, knowledge of Power BI

Latest Dynamics 365 platform features (Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice)

Cloud platform resource management, security models and connectivity for CRM systems

DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools

Information management strategy, design and deployment on cloud platforms

Financial services / banking experience preferred

Delivery and Leadership Skills

Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design and develop architecture solutions

Problem‑solving and analytical skills

Independent, solution‑driven thinking

Accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership

Lead technical efforts for pre‑sales engagements and contribute to niche solutions/POCs

Advocate best practices for scalable solutions aligned with product roadmap

Experience with Agile methodologies

Good‑to‑Have Certifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations
