Senior Learning Experience Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD
Base pay range: $100.00/hr – $100.00/hr (equivalent to $200,000/yr assuming 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year). Compensation distributed weekly. Full health benefits, HSA/FSA options, 401(k) Roth. Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
Location: On-site in Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; CA (East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles).

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop programming with exceptional quality.
Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design engaging learning experiences, and address common obstacles.
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and performance.
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentorship techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Developing traditional lesson plans – Guides support student learning via adaptive platforms; you concentrate on preparing them to be outstanding motivators.
Compromising on standards – when our success threshold is 100%, you maintain that expectation.
Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, high‑impact professional learning.
Key Responsibilities Lead Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× pace, and develops essential life skills. No exceptions.
Basic Requirements
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on‑site work at one of Alpha’s campuses.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curriculum development, or training solutions.
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high‑performance teams.
Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster ongoing improvement.
Authorized to work legally in the United States.
