Job Overview
Alpha is transforming the student experience. Our learners don’t endure traditional lectures—they advance through adaptive applications, achieving content mastery at twice the conventional pace while acquiring essential real‑world competencies. Your objective is to ensure our "3 Promises" are fulfilled for every student in your assigned cohort and to develop our Guides so they deliver the same outcomes.
Compensation Base pay: $100.00/hr, equating to $200,000 annual salary with weekly pay cycles. Health benefits commence on day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth options. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world‑class standards.
Designing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, rewarding learning activity design, and challenge resolution techniques.
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that elevates student engagement and academic outcomes.
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching methodologies.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them as exceptional motivators.
Compromising standards – when our benchmark is 100%, you uphold that expectation.
Running uninspiring training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, high‑energy, interactive professional development.
Key Responsibilities Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort achieves our three commitments: loving school, learning at 2× speed, and mastering life skills. No exceptions.
Basic Requirements
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for in‑person work at one of the Alpha campuses listed above.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
Background working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
