$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr Program Manager, Partner Marketing Remote (Bay Area/Palo Alto strongly preferred) Contract Position About Our Client Our client is a technology company operating globally with a robust partner ecosystem. They are seeking experienced professionals to support their strategic partner marketing initiatives and drive measurable business impact through optimized partner programs and operational excellence. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Partner Marketing to support and manage a global partner marketing incentive and MDF bounty program on a contract basis. This is an execution-heavy, process-oriented role that requires a senior professional who can quickly assess existing workflows and drive operational excellence. The contractor will serve as the primary operational owner of the Partner Meeting DR Bounty Incentive Program, managing day-to-day execution, financial tracking, and program optimization. This role requires close collaboration with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Finance teams to ensure program accuracy, compliance, and measurable business results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in operational roles, has strong financial acumen, and can navigate both manual processes and system-driven workflows. You'll have the opportunity to rebuild and redesign existing programs for greater efficiency, scalability, and automation while managing critical partner relationships and program outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and operate the Partner Meeting and DR Bounty Incentive Program as the primary operational owner Build and operationalize partner marketing programs, including asset creation and promotion to partner communities Track, monitor, and report on program results, partner participation, and overall performance Manage MDF operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and partner program guidelines Own MDF budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting for the program Validate and approve MDF bounty claims through manual, spreadsheet-based validation processes Rapidly learn current program structure, documentation, and tools to identify improvement opportunities Partner with Operations and Marketing Operations teams to rebuild and redesign programs for greater efficiency Identify gaps, redundancies, and manual steps, and recommend system-based or workflow-driven improvements Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting to track program performance, MDF utilization, and ROI Leverage Salesforce for program tracking, partner engagement, claims management, and reporting Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting outputs Provide regular program updates and insights to internal stakeholders Serve as subject-matter resource for partner incentive programs, MDF operations, and program execution details Required Experience/Skills
7+ years of experience in program management, partner marketing operations, marketing operations, or similar function Demonstrated experience managing incentive programs, MDF programs, or partner marketing initiatives Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau Proven ability to manage financially governed programs, including budget tracking and claims validation Experience redesigning and operationalizing processes, ideally moving from manual to automated workflows Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and deliver against defined outcomes Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Coupa or comparable procurement/spend management platforms Experience with Partner Marketing Sales Play and Playbook creation Experience with Partner Portal marketing content management Experience with partner program and event sponsorship management Background supporting global or multi-region partner ecosystems Apply Now!
