Position Overview My client, a well-established organization in the Brooklyn area, is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build administrative experience, with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.
Schedule & Hours
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
8-hour workday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
Update, organize, and maintain files and records
Handle faxing, scanning, copying, and general document management
Schedule and confirm appointments as needed
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office team
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
