Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) – Entry Level

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Flatlands / Canarsie area – Fully Onsite)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

My client, a well-established organization in the Brooklyn area, is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build administrative experience, with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

Schedule & Hours

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 8-hour workday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
  • 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Update, organize, and maintain files and records
  • Handle faxing, scanning, copying, and general document management
  • Schedule and confirm appointments as needed
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office team

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
