We are hiring a
Senior Accountant
for our Minneapolis office. The role supports the accounting team working on forensic investigations, litigation support, and business valuations. The ideal candidate has a solid technical accounting background, strong communication and analytical skills, and the independence to manage complex projects.
Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile claims to final calculation.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with the accounting team.
Analyze sales, production, and other accounting data.
Assist clients with interviewing during financial investigations to accurately identify all parties.
Perform forensic research to trace funds and identify assets for recovery.
Prepare preliminary draft of report narrative and schedules.
Evaluate insurance claims and economic damage.
Work closely with senior staff on litigation cases, first‑party property, and business valuations.
Represent the firm at local industry functions alongside senior leaders.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Complete any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
3+ years of accounting experience.
CPA or actively pursuing designation.
Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus).
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
