Overview Lead and oversee the execution of sales strategies for Moet Hennessy brands and CPWS services across assigned grocery accounts in Texas. Drive performance through effective leadership of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering exceptional results.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive achievement of sales goals by evaluating business partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing current sales and service levels.
Lead and manage the sales team to maximize revenue and profitability across assigned grocery accounts.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members; set clear expectations and monitor progress.
Ensure timely and effective communication of promotions, programs, and initiatives to the sales team.
Attract, retain, and motivate top talent to foster an engaging, high‑performance work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Build and develop a high‑performing sales team through leadership, training, and development initiatives.
Deliver accurate and timely summaries of sales activity and performance to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for skill development, training, and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
