As a Channel Development Representative (CDR), you will serve as the first point of contact for all partner-related inbound activity—including deal registrations, partner inquiries, co-sell leads, product questions, event leads, and other related requests. Ensure fast “speed-to-lead” and accurate qualification based on predefined criteria.
Conduct a lightweight discovery to validate opportunity fit and partner readiness.
Maintain consistent pipeline hygiene across CRM and partner tooling.
Identify misaligned or incomplete submissions and work with partners to resolve them quickly.
Track and elevate patterns of misqualification to CAMs and Partner Operations.
Deliver an exceptional, responsive experience to Envoy’s partner community.
Act as a knowledgeable resource on product basics, deal-reg guidelines, and next steps.
Help partners navigate the partner portal, co-sell processes, and program requirements.

Provide field feedback to improve partner-facing documentation, forms, and processes.
Contribute to building scalable processes for inbound partner management.
Recommend improvements to speed, qualification accuracy, and overall partner experience.
Participate in team training, development, and knowledge sharing.

1+ years of post‑grad work experience (preferably in technology).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity and a service‑oriented mindset.
Strong time management and ability to prioritize high‑volume, time‑sensitive workflows.
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to dive into complex GTM systems.
A strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
Interest in channel sales and/or the overarching partner ecosystems.
Benefits
A high degree of trust and ownership over a critical part of the partner experience.
The opportunity to collaborate with talented CAMs, Partner Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams.
A supportive and inclusive culture where your contributions matter immediately.
Exposure to how channel programs, partner operations, and GTM engines function at scale.
Clear pathways for professional development within Channels & Partnerships (e.g., Channel Account Manager, Alliance Manager, and related roles).
Hybrid position: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
