Account Director - Remote Work

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to join our leadership team. The role involves building long‑term relationships with executive‑level clients, driving strategic growth initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities. What you’ll do:
Build long‑term trusting relationships with clients and present our company to potential or referred clients through meetings, listening to their wishes and concerns. Develop Account Plans and report on revenue/headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager or other Account Directors on a regular basis. Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, assess customer needs, and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services. Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media. Bring new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to achieve better results. What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech industry. Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long‑term relationships with clients. Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT‑related degree) is a big plus. Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area. Focused on Oil and gas (Energy) or SaaS industries is a great asset. How we make your work (and your life) easier:
