Salary : $120,00 - 140,000
Odyssey Autism is seeking a VP of Growth to design and execute the companys growth strategy across digital marketing, field marketing, new market expansion, and clinician recruiting. This role requires a leader who can think strategically, move quickly, build high-performing teams, and translate insights into measurable results
Responsibilities
Build and oversee a comprehensive growth roadmap across marketing, recruiting, and expansion.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams in digital marketing, field marketing, and clinician recruitment.
Own digital demand generation strategy (paid media, SEO, content, social, email, website).
Drive lead acquisition and nurture funnels for both client families and clinician candidates.
Oversee local outreach, partnerships, and event strategy.
Partner with HR and recruiting to build predictable, scalable clinician hiring pipelines
Use marketing-driven recruiting tactics to improve candidate attraction and conversion.
Analyze funnel data and remove bottlenecks to increase hiring velocity.
Evaluate new markets using data-driven assessments (demand, competition, demographics, payor mix).
Lead launch strategies : timelines, marketing activation, talent planning, and community engagement.
Create repeatable playbooks for market entry and scaling.
Qualifications
Prior experience in growth, marketing, business development, or related leadership roles.
Proven track record of scaling multi-location or healthcare services organizations (strong plus if behavioral health, therapy, or medical).
Experience overseeing digital and field marketing teams.
Strong understanding of clinician / talent recruiting strategies.
Able to use data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational discipline.
