Events & Outreach Manager
The Hatcher Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Outreach Manager. In this role, you will plan, oversee, and execute outreach strategies that effectively engage military families and stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing and refining messaging, coordinating virtual events and webinars, and managing the workstream.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and detail-oriented planner with a passion for connecting people to meaningful resources. You are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple outreach channels simultaneously. What You’ll Do
Supporting event production and logistics, including but not limited to webinar execution, scheduling, on-site and/or virtual support, transporting materials, and coordinating vendors.
Coordinating and executing Military OneSource outreach strategies and registration processes.
Ideating strategic outreach tasks, including SMS/MMS messaging, email campaigns, events, and webinars.
Refining messages to meet objectives and developing content using dynamic content blocks.
Conducting message testing in collaboration with UI/UX Analysts to implement tracking mechanisms and define KPIs.
Generating actionable insights that enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Monitoring engagement metrics, analyzing audience behavior, and providing recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Delivering input to post-event reporting.
Executing webinars, including virtual event creation within ZoomGov, managing technical rehearsals and dry runs, coordinating with speakers, supporting platform functions, and running attendance reports.
Providing technical support during virtual events for clients, presenters, and attendees.
Requirements What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in government contracting or a similar environment.
Candidates must obtain and maintain the necessary Public Trust clearance for this position.
Demonstrated expertise in creating virtual event experiences, from planning to post-event reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with digital outreach tools (govDelivery is highly preferred) and analytics.
Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
