The ONCERS Team specializes in providing an IP‑based system that displays information from various data sources: 911 emergency call services, Enterprise land Mobile Radio (ELMR) base fire and intrusion alarms that are integrated into the Local Alarm Monitoring and Automation System (LAMAS), and Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD) into one consolidated system, which allows the Dispatch Operator to receive base alarms and 911 calls while being able to dispatch the proper emergency services and first responders through the ELMR system on various military bases.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing a project, a series of smaller projects, or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.
Acquire follow‑on business associated with assigned projects and support new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.
Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
A bachelor's degree
Or a high‑school diploma/GED with a minimum of 16 years of experience with public‑safety telecommunications and information systems, including Enhanced 911 (E911), Next Generation 911 (NG‑911), Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD), Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), and Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR)
Minimum 12 years of experience with public‑safety telecommunications and information systems, including E911, NG‑911, CAD, GIS, and ELMR
Experience with public and private sector E911 and NG‑911 solution deployments
Knowledge of public‑safety telecommunications and information systems industry standards, including the National Emergency Number Association (NENA)
Experience in first‑ and third‑party Computer Telephony Integrations (CTI) with all major telephony platforms, including analog, digital, and VoIP
Experience with E911 and NG‑911 system installation and configuration practices within the DoD Information Assurance and Cybersecurity framework
Ability to travel up to 75+% of the time (CONUS & OCONUS)
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport
Pay and Benefits Salary range:
$119,574 – $199,291
