Responsibilities

Pay Rate

is $27.00 per hour Schedule

is Sunday–Thursday 10:30 pm–7:00 am Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including power washing, striping, sweeping, commercial painting Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of assigned projects, including supervising the day/evening maintenance crew and ensuring completion of all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects Assist with management duties, including scheduling, monitoring and checking of timecards Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects Monitor and implement effective safety procedures Report any known accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences and report violations of Company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc. Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance conditions Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction Perform other necessary functions as assigned Qualifications

Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of maintenance Ability to perform general repair, electrical, mechanical, and cleaning maintenance Desire a minimum of six months’ worth of experience in the service industry (maintenance industry preferred), but not required

Special consideration given to those candidates who have a diverse maintenance background Experience with driving light construction equipment preferred

Superior verbal and written communication skills Must be proactive with strong problem‑solving skills and proven customer service skills and must be willing to lead by example Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule License Requirement: Must possess a valid state‑issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record Physical Demands

May be required to stand for 8‑hour shifts while managing employees Must be willing to work in different indoor and outdoor conditions Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
