Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 10:30pm – 7:00am

Responsibilities

Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, commercial painting.

Assist in the management of the day‑to‑day activities of assigned projects, supervising day/evening maintenance crew to ensure completion of all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects.

Assist with management duties including scheduling, monitoring and checking of timecards.

Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects.

Monitor and implement effective safety procedures.

Report any known accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences observed or suspected violations of Company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services.

Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.

Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance conditions.

Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance.

Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.

Perform other necessary functions as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Graduate. Some college a plus.

Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Thorough knowledge of all areas of maintenance.

Ability to perform general repair, electrical, mechanical and cleaning maintenance.

Desire a minimum of six months worth of experience in the service industry (maintenance industry preferred).

Special consideration given to those candidates who have a diverse maintenance background.

Experience with driving light construction equipment preferred.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive with strong problem solving skills and proven customer service skills, willing to lead by example.

Willing to work a flexible work schedule.

Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands

May be required to stand for 8‑hour shifts while managing employees.

Must be willing to work in different indoor and outdoor conditions.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
