ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Retirement Services.

In this role you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions, connecting with both new and existing clients to help millions of employees achieve retirement readiness. The sales process is highly variable – each interaction is different, and you’ll need to adapt strategies accordingly to achieve industry‑leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. What You'll Do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours – work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within your geography.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans – implement a targeted sales strategy to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family – cultivate additional business within existing accounts while maintaining long‑term client friendships.
Collaborate Daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating calm under pressure and ethical integrity.
Required Qualifications
Proven Winner – 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, including prospecting and territory management.
Positive Self‑Starter – upbeat, persistent style with strong cold‑calling, time‑management, and professional presentation skills across paper, in‑person, and phone engagements.
Team Player – ability to work independently and in collaboration with other ADP Sales Associates.
Trusted Advisor – build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises every time.
A college degree is great but not required; equivalent experience may include:
Two+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience.
Military experience – ADP values the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities of veterans.
Preferred Qualifications
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary of USD $44,800.00 – $97,200.00 per year (plus potential bonus, equity, or commissions). Compensation will not be below applicable minimum wage or salaried requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
