Director, Pipeline Commercialization – BioSpace

Key Responsibilities
Line management of Program Management staff.
Provide Program Management support for assigned Asset Team Sub‑teams/working teams.
Develop sub‑team plans and drive aligned execution for functional components.
Track and report sub‑team deliverables; identify, communicate and manage sub‑team risks.
Manage, develop, coach and mentor staff; foster an inclusive, rewarding work environment.
Serve as a key business partner in developing core strategies and delivering asset team goals.
Coordinate sub‑team activities; support the sub‑team leader in cross‑functional alignment and effective governance.
Partner with Asset Team PM and sub‑team leads to prepare key messages and deliverables for complex (multi‑indication) assets.
Drive development of sub‑team plans and deliverables to inform and translate asset strategy into action.
Identify and manage execution challenges and risks; partner with project planners for accurate tracking and reporting.
Share best practices and lead change initiatives to improve processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s with 16 years, Master’s with 14 years, or PhD with 8 years of CMC functional experience.
Relevant laboratory‑based CMC experience (chemistry, analytical, formulation, etc.).
6+ years in a cross‑functional project / program management role.
Strong program management skills and knowledge of industry practices and tools.
Change management experience implementing cross‑functional or organizational initiatives.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Prior people‑management experience (preferred).
Experience with global and regional pharmaceutical teams (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $150,000 – $180,000 (may vary by location and other factors). This range may be adjusted in the future.
Performance‑based short‑term incentive programs.
Comprehensive benefits package: paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k).
