Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in Boston, MA. This role calls for a hands‑on leader who can drive Agile practices, enhance delivery performance, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Champion and model an Agile mindset, principles, and core values across assigned teams.

Independently lead Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide teams toward achieving objectives, KPIs, and commitments while ensuring high‑quality product increments.

Identify and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.

Remove impediments and manage risks proactively, ensuring smooth project execution.

Facilitate transparency, communication, and trust among all stakeholders and team members.

Foster alignment across teams and collaborate effectively with technical and business leaders.

Support scaled Agile ceremonies and participate in organizational Agile communities.

Coach teams at varying levels of Agile maturity driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Potentially act as Scrum‑of‑Scrums facilitator, managing coordination across multiple teams.

Perform additional related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, successfully leading multiple Agile teams.

Experience applying Agile principles and frameworks to deliver epics, releases, and versions.

Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., burndown charts, retrospectives, story refinement).

Programming or software development background preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile product development best practices and standards.

Proven ability to influence and coach teams to adopt Agile behaviors and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse teams and leadership levels.

Demonstrated servant leadership mindset: empowering teams, promoting collaboration, and removing barriers.
