Position Overview As Activities Director, you will lead and implement programs that bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents. Your role is vital in organizing and overseeing activities that align with Trilogy’s high standards and the well‑being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and oversee Life Enrichment programs that meet resident needs and Trilogy service standards.
Schedule and support LEAs to ensure daily activities enhance resident quality of life.
Continuously evaluate program effectiveness through resident, family, and staff feedback and survey results, making necessary improvements.
Respond promptly (within 24‑48 hours) to activity‑related resident concerns to maintain satisfaction and comfort.
Promote events and share news through newsletters, social media posts, and platform communication to keep residents and families informed.
Lead the volunteer program by recruiting, screening, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers to enhance the overall program offerings.
Qualifications
Preferred credentials: CTRS, ADC, ACC, or CDP or
Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or
Certified Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy license or
2 or more years of relevant experience in an Activities Director role
For roles providing transportation services, candidates must be a minimum age of 25, pass a Motor Vehicle Record Search with a valid driver’s license, and hold any necessary transportation certifications.
