Base pay range
$57,500.00/yr - $67,500.00/yr
Responsibilities
Process high‑volume vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
Ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Perform three‑way or two‑way matching for purchase orders and invoices.
Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers.
Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and post journal entries for accruals and adjustments.
Assist with monthly and year‑end close processes.
Reconcile accounts payable sub‑ledger to the general ledger.
Support preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects.
Provide support for budgeting and forecasting as needed.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure adherence to US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Strong AP experience.
Able to juggle between multiple tasks.
Strong customer service skills.
Nice to Have
NetSuite experience.
Grants experience.
Implementation experience.
International Accounting experience.
