Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a

Division Manager

to lead a sales team within the California territory in a field‑based role supported by the MedTech Surgery business.

Job Description This role involves driving sales activities to achieve business objectives within company policies and guidelines, managing a team of sales representatives, and supporting the departmental budget.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute sales targets with the team to support business objectives.

Manage sales promotion activities, product adjustments, and contractual strategy.

Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, and meet sales quotas.

Coach and mentor the sales team on the selling cycle, ensuring professional and persuasive communication.

Facilitate hiring, motivation, and performance appraisal of sales staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and federal/state regulations.

Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to senior management.

Coordinate budget management and share budgetary limits with the team.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Typically oversee a team managing an average of $20M–$30M in sales YOY.

Experience & Education

6+ years of total work experience.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Sales or marketing management experience.

Documented success in medical device sales.

Experience selling to surgeons or plastic surgeons in OR or aesthetics settings.

Excellent written and oral communication, strong business insight, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel overnight and/or on weekends (≈75 %) and a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record.

Pay Transparency The anticipated base pay range for this position is $114,000.00 – $182,850.00.

Eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program and a competitive incentive compensation program.
