Great Lakes Management is seeking a vibrant, visionary Executive Director to lead one of our brand-new communities in the lease-up phase. This is a unique opportunity to set the tone, build the culture, and shape the future of a growing community from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on residents, families, and team members every day.
Job Details:
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: Starting from $95,000 – $100,000 / year Plus Bonus Plan
Location: 1780 Servant Way, Green Bay, WI 54311 – Caretta Senior Living

Executive Director Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department Directors to establish performance and operational objectives, offering continuous support to foster their professional growth and sustain a high-performing leadership team within the community.
Track financial performance and participate in creating annual budgets, ensuring monthly compliance.
Review monthly financial statements and oversee resident billing processes.
Establish an environment conducive to quality services and high customer satisfaction.
Engage with residents and families regularly, fostering and upholding positive relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conducting satisfaction surveys.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and encourage all employees to do the same.
Assist marketing staff in implementing effective strategies and monitor occupancy data.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations within the community.
