What You’ll Do
Drive the U.S. People strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
Lead organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.
Oversee learning, leadership, and workforce development programs.
Use data and analytics to measure engagement, productivity, and impact.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
Foster a strong connection between Tradebe and the communities we serve.
What We’re Looking For
12+ years of progressive HR leadership, including executive-level experience.
Proven track record in digital transformation or HR modernization.
Strong background in learning and development and talent management.Passion for culture, inclusion, and employee growth.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental sectors preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
This position reports directly to Tradebe’s
Global Chief People & Communication Officer
and has a
dotted-line relationship to the U.S. CEO
and sits on the US Executive Committee.
