Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant

Base pay range: $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
12-month contract with possible extension or conversion to a full-time position.
Location: Dallas, TX (on-site work required. US permanent residents and US citizens only.)

Skill Set Requirements
Oracle Cloud Knowledge
– Order Management, Supply Chain Costing, Inventory Management (Picking & Shipping), Procurement, Supplier Management (Sourcing, Agreements)
Oracle Cloud Knowledge
– PTM, Costing, Inventory, Product Data Hub, Manufacturing, Planning (supply planning, demand planning, production scheduling)
Preferably experience with
OTM
and
Maintenance
(not mandatory)
Hands‑on experience on Oracle Fusion SCM module
Functional area business process knowledge of Supply Chain Track
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Release management and regression testing
Oracle Cloud hands‑on experience with configuration, triage, and problem/incident resolution across the Supply Chain track
Day to Day Activities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
Participate in daily stand‑up Supply Chain meetings (and weekly/monthly meetings).
Manage all activities within the track including prioritization of incidents and enhancements for the Supply Chain track.
Triage and resolve high‑priority functional tickets (incidents and problems).
Coordinate with business user(s) if more details are needed on the tickets.
Coordinate with business users on new enhancements and collaboratively help the business prioritize new enhancements.
Conduct impact analysis for new releases on the Supply Chain track.
Collect business requirements and coordinate with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimations, and delivery.
Manage service levels for the Supply Chain track.
Update business users in case of risks of missing service levels.
Manage and track Oracle SRs for the Supply Chain track.
Work with the Delivery Manager to escape SRs not getting desired attention.
