Job Summary
We are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead growth and unlock opportunities at Medical City Arlington, part of HCA Healthcare. The role requires setting strategic direction, managing daily operations, overseeing physician relations and community outreach, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
Direct business development, marketing, physician relations, and community outreach.
Oversee all departments and financial functions connected with day‑to‑day management of the entity.
Consult with medical staff and remain fully informed about their views on quality of medical practice and patient care within the service lines.
Plan, control, and effectively utilize physical, financial, and human resources of the service lines.
Maintain awareness of current and potential competitive forces and sustain a continuous marketing plan that meets overall strategic objectives.
Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are met for the operation of the service lines.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience overseeing operations of similar services.
